This is a permanent role, Monday‑Friday, with one day’s home office. The salary & bonus are well above Frankfurt's average in private equity, and the benefits are extensive, including wellness & European off‑sites.
You’ll be part of a high‑calibre EA team that works independently and also together to support with projects, and this is ideal if you are used to very fast and deal‑driven goals.
- Support to a Managing Director, Senior Investment Director, and Associate with seamless executive assistance
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate international travel across time zones
- Prepare expense reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison across global teams
- Contribute to special projects and event planning
- Collaborate with EAs and business support teams worldwide
What You Bring
- Experience supporting senior executives in private equity, investment banking, consulting or law firms
- Excellent prioritisation and decision‑making skills
- Native‑level German and strong English (written & spoken)
- Professionalism, discretion, and a service‑oriented mindset
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
- A team spirit and a drive for continuous improvement
