You receive their inquiries and take care of a wide range of requests. You remain friendly and composed at all times, even when dealing with less friendly customers.**Your Responsibilies:*** You are the go-to person when our customers have questions - whether by phone, email, or chat. You assist them with everything related to online shopping.* You provide information about our products, delivery times, payment options, returns, and anything else our customers need to know.* Sometimes things don ́t go as planned. You support our customers patiently and in a solution-oriented way, for example with orders, deliveries, or complaints.* You assist with processing orders, updating customer data, or helping customers with login issues.**Your Profile:*** You already have experience in customer service, ideally in online retail or e-commerce.* You are very friendly, a good listener, and can express yourself clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.* You can put yourself in other people ́s shoes and remain calm and helpful even in challeing situations.* You enjoy finding practical solutions and don ́t give up easily.* Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.* You are fluent in German and French.
