Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within Embedded Systems / VLSI domain, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
• Leverage at least 5+ years of recruitment experience to identify, attract, and hire top candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilise recruiting technologies, tools, and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and governance standards are consistently met across all hiring processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (CoEs)
• Assess candidates against organisational values, competencies, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with Infineon standards.
• Manage offer management, pre-onboarding and onboarding support
  
• Solid process understanding, attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadline
  

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with recruiting technology and tools
• Strong understanding of Embedded / VLSI hiring landscape.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance and governance in talent acquisition
