Interim Senior Program Manager (M/F/D)

• Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives within a defined strategic project in DX-DSS, with focus on Data Governance and RWE / Data E2E processes
• Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and maintain transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget impacts.
• Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders within defined project
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education with 10+ years in program/project management in international environments
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including external partners
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage different levels of seniority, including leadership
• Ability to act as a coach, foster team accountability, and support performance
• Confidence to navigate ambiguity and take difficult decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Solid understanding of project/program governance, financial tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies – Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
• Lean Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement required
