Job Title:
- Customer support across all KSG interfaces, with an added focus on business development from within
- Close collaboration regarding technical support, field service, logistics, and manufacturing
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships; providing assigned customers with up-to-date sales materials; assessing and researching customer satisfaction and needs
- Research and contact potential customers; if necessary, schedule an appointment for a consultation or visit
- Organize customer visits, trade shows, and other events; coordinate schedules with customers as needed; prepare technical documentation; conduct meetings
- Continuous monitoring of the competitive environment and analysis of competitors' activities
- Maintain, update, analyze, and make available master data in the ERP system
- Identifying and following up with potential customers (trade shows, online, email)
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of completed, field‑specific vocational training or a college degree (bachelor's) or comparable knowledge acquired through other means
- Professional experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasiveness and Ability to Close Deals
- High level of self‑motivation and goal orientation
- Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs
