Top Creator Manager in Berlin

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Top Creator Manager to join its managed services project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of creators and public figures, providing tailored support to drive success on the platform.
  

• Drive account performance by identifying growth opportunities, improving content output, and increasing engagement, product adoption, and overall platform value.
  

• Identify and onboard high-potential creators and public figures, leveraging targeted outreach strategies and incentives to expand the ecosystem.
  

• Ensure active participation of top creators in global, regional, and local programs by driving awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  

• Support and implement strategies that enhance monetization opportunities and non-monetary value for creators and public figures, contributing to sustainable growth.
  

• Promote and support effective use of platform tools and features, providing strategic recommendations and guidance tailored to partner needs.
  

• Act as the local market expert for Germany by gathering insights and feedback from creators, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform product and program improvements.
  

• Work closely with global and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, support business reviews, and deliver on shared goals.
  

• Support and contribute to strategic partnerships, including content acquisition and collaborations with top creators, public figures and partners to enhance platform content and user experience.
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
  

• Proven experience in creator management, influencer marketing, public figure management within the German digital ecosystem.
  

• Deep understanding of the German creator, influencer, and publisher landscape, including key platforms, talent agencies, MCNs, and major media houses in Germany.

• Full proficiency in German and fluent English required, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse partner groups (from individual creators to established publishers).
  

• Strong knowledge of German market dynamics, cultural nuances, and audience behavior, with the ability to localize global strategies effectively.
  

• Solid analytical skills with experience using data and performance metrics to drive partner growth, content strategy, and product adoption.
  

• Experience working in an international organization, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  

• Familiarity with German regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., influencer marketing guidelines, disclosure requirements, media standards).
