Senior Documentum D2 Developer in Mannheim

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Senior Documentum D2 Developer on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organizationin Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and configuration of applications with D2 (Classic and SmartView) configurator, creating configuration matrix and implementation of configurations by using composer.
  

• Ensures that solutions and apps are designed and implemented according to functional requirements.
  

• Maintenance of D2 applications and fixing bugs.
  

• Creation of use cases based on development to set up and implement test cases. Ability to formulate test cases from the user's perspective so that they can be transferred and processed into test cases.
  

• Support and process the capturing of test cases into a test management tool.
  

• Structure the test cases for UAT, regression tests, and automated tests.
  

• Ensure the quality of the test cases.
  

• Performing quality assurance via unit testing, functional testing, and support of user acceptance testing (UAT).
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience running successful Documentum Front-end development services.
  

• Widespread in several OpenText products like D2 (Classic and SmartView) and Webtop.
  

• Experience in the design, configuration, development of Documentum web clients (D2 Classic / SmartView, WebTop)
  

• Upgrade/Migration from Documentum applications to newer Documentum versions (Webtop, D2, SmartView Apps)
  

• Documentum Lifecycles and Workflows
  

• UX Development
  

• REST/API and Microsoft/SAP integrations
  

• Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML and JSON
  

• Composer/Headless Composer, DFC, DFS and DQL
  

• Confluence, MS Azure DevOps
  

• Code Management via GIT & CI/CD
  

• Languages: English fluent
