We are looking for an Enterprise Collaboration & Tools Engineer to join our IT Enterprise Team. In this role, you will operate and improve selected collaboration, workflow, and service-management tools so that teams can work efficiently, securely, and reliably. Collaboration tools are the main domain, but the role is broader than tool administration: you will connect services, improve workflows, strengthen supportability, and help establish practical ways of working.

You will take ownership of day-to-day platform administration, service workflows, incident and request quality, documentation, small automations, and approved AI-assisted workflows. You will work closely with Enterprise IT colleagues, central platform owners, IAM and security stakeholders, vendors, and business teams. The team is building its documentation and operational processes, so this role will help create clear runbooks, ownership models, and repeatable support practices. Routine onsite end-user hardware, printing, video-conferencing, and desk support remain with the dedicated end-user support team.

You will report to the Head of IT Operations.

• Administer and troubleshoot agreed collaboration and enterprise tools, such as Jira, Coda, Miro, Slack, Google Workspace, or comparable platforms.
• Improve workflows, service requests, queues, permissions, automations, knowledge-base content, and day-to-day service delivery.
• Triage incidents and requests, communicate clearly, coordinate escalations, and document causes, solutions, and follow-up actions.
• Create practical documentation, runbooks, ownership information, and repeatable processes; introduce small automations and approved AI-assisted workflows where they add value.
• Support tool rollouts, migrations, and integration changes, and travel to another office location from time to time to support local teams when required.
