In your role as Senior Accountant (m/f/x), responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and driving financial processes across our real estate group.
Your mission
- Financial accounting for the entire group of companies (partnerships and corporations).
- Management of payment transactions and bank account administration.
- Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciliation of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Collaboration with other departments to clarify accounting-related queries.
- Liaising with national and international tax firms.
- Insights into international accounting standards.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Cost center accounting.
- Conceptual design and optimization of financial processes.
Your profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Accountant, Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r), or a similar qualification. Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Senior Accountant/Balance Sheet Accountant) are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of DATEV.
- Professional experience in the real estate industry is ideal.
- Meticulous and structured way of working.
- Strong organizational talent with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
