Actively help shape our solutions Varied tasks: An exciting workday with growing opportunities Support for further development: Outstanding performance is rewarded with development opportunities Flexible working: 100% remote Job type: Full-time Your Responsibilities: Ownership of specific features and initiatives for our GPS tracking devices, from implementation to market positioning, independently and with a hands-on mentality Independent planning, implementation, and management of marketing projects from idea to finished result Identification of new target groups and market opportunities to expand our customer base Monitoring project progress as well as competitive and market analyses for the ongoing optimization of our activities Creation of compelling sales materials, including promotional materials, landing page copy, and platform-specific content, independently conceived and implemented Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the team stays informed and projects are successfully completed Development and independent execution of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok), organic social content, and email automation Identifying potential risks and developing pragmatic solutions to minimize them Leading UGC and influencer strategies, including briefing creators and reviewing content for brand compliance Your Profile: Hands-on experience in marketing: you've already implemented a lot yourself and know how to independently drive projects to success Broadly skilled as a marketing all-rounder: from content to paid social to email marketing, you're comfortable across various disciplines Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and organic social media strategy, with proven campaign success and measurable revenue growth Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a clear focus on execution rather than lengthy strategy phases Excellent communication skills to convincingly present product benefits in English Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects at once while maintaining both attention to detail and the bigger picture Experience working with B2C customers and knowledge of SaaS or hardware products is a plus No traditional corporate background required, what matters more is being able to show what you've already built yourself Strong understanding of the target audience and a high degree of customer orientation, developing compelling positioning and messaging with a focus on safety, tracking, and trust Job type: Full-time Work experience: Experience in marketing and product management Language: English (C1-C2) Work location: Remote
