Sales Representative with German — own your pipeline, your demos, and your close on a mobile-first maintenance SaaS product. Berlin, hybrid.
We're part of a fast-scaling European group building the leading platform for property and maintenance operations, already trusted by over 500,000 professionals across 35+ countries. This role is dedicated to a mobile-first CMMS product used by maintenance teams to manage assets, work orders, and preventive maintenance via QR codes.
We're looking for a salesperson who owns their number end to end — not just running conversations, but managing pipeline, forecast, and outcome from first contact to close.
What You'll Do
- Run the full inbound cycle yourself: first contact, demo, close
- Build and feed your own pipeline through outbound — LinkedIn, cold calling, conferences, partners
- Tailor every demo to the customer's real problems, leading with discovery, not a feature walkthrough
- Treat closing as the default outcome of a good conversation, not a lucky break
- Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and current as you go
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales experience (SaaS or industrial/maintenance solutions)
- A documented track record of owning your own target, pipeline, and forecast
- Strong discovery and closing instincts, plus CRM discipline
- Advanced English and German (minimum C1) — this role runs DACH-market accounts
- Independence and resilience to rejection, especially in outbound
