Cost Calculator in Berlin

Join our central costing department and bring your construction expertise to a role with real impact. You will work closely with our Construction Project Management teams, providing professional advice and helping to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

• Strengthen our central costing department with your sound knowledge and practical construction experience.

• Provide expert advice and support to our Construction Project Management teams in your role as an architect or civil engineer.

• Prepare and review cost calculations for CAPEX measures, renovations of existing buildings and tenant improvements, particularly within the commercial and hospitality sectors.

• Identify and analyse cost optimisation opportunities and contribute to the efficient implementation of our projects.

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve a cross-team cost database to support consistent and transparent cost planning.

Your profile

You combine solid technical expertise with an analytical mindset and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

• A completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, relevant technical or commercial training combined with several years of professional experience.

• Several years of experience in construction cost calculation, ideally with a focus on construction services in cost groups 300 and 400, particularly in existing buildings.

• A confident and proficient user of MS Office and common cost calculation software, such as ORCA, California and BKI.

• A structured, analytical and independent approach to your work, together with strong negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills, a high level of commitment and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent German language skills and good English skills.
