Mission At UBP, you will join the CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) team to operate, stabilize, and enhance Appway workflows (onboarding, KYC reviews, remediations).
The role is primarily focused on Level 2/Level 3 support and run activities (80%), with a development/engineering component (20%) for fixes, minor enhancements, and industrialization.
The mission is to ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of Appway CLM solutions while delivering targeted improvements and securing multi-environment deployments.
Main responsibilities Support set up and maintain dashboards and alerts.
Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and define/implement preventive and corrective actions.
Manage releases and package promotion (CAB, validations, smoke tests, rollback plans).
Document operating procedures, runbooks, a Known Error Database, and user guides.
Participate in on-call/extended hours as scheduled; ensure incident communications (IT/Business) and reporting.
Optimize stability and performance: housekeeping, capacity management, tuning, error handling, and resilience.
Ensure operational compliance (traceability, auditability, data protection, banking secrecy).
Development contribute to adoption and continuous improvement.
Your Profile Technical Proven mastery of Appway/FNZ Studio in support/run and packaging/deployment contexts.
Application integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML.
Observability and SRE: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting; ability to read/interpret Appway logs.
CI/CD and version control (Git, pipelines), multi-environment management.
Knowledge of banking ecosystems is a plus: core banking, screening (sanctions/PEP/adverse media), ECM/archiving, IAM/SSO.
Functional Solid banking background (private banking/wealth management preferred).
Proven experience in CLM/KYC operations: onboarding, periodic reviews, remediations; FATCA/CRS is a plus.
AML/KYC knowledge: risk scoring, due diligence, evidence, and auditability.
Ability to translate business incidents into technical hypotheses and action plans.
Soft Skills Service-oriented mindset, responsiveness, and clear communication with IT and Business.
Rigor, autonomy, prioritization, and composure in incident situations.
Analytical mindset, quality focus, and drive for continuous improvement.
Profile 5+ years with Appway/FNZ Studio, with a strong L2/L3 support component in a banking environment.
Higher education degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Appway/FNZ certifications are a plus.
Agile practice.
Languages: fluent English required; French is an asset.
