Complete operational and analytical ownership of strategic growth initiatives from initial research to executive presentation.

• Develop and pressure-test growth strategies across new verticals, segments, and business models.
• Conduct structured deep dives into markets and emerging technologies with clear go/no-go recommendations.
• Build and own our competitive intelligence landscape, identifying threats and commercial white spaces early.
• Drive strategic initiatives from idea to roadmap, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare board-level materials and executive briefings that synthesize complex data into actionable decisions.

Who this is a fit for

• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (with option to extend) based in Berlin.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher with unrestricted German work authorization.
• 1–2 years of prior internship experience in fast-paced scale-up or tech environments.
• Fluent in professional English with exceptional written and verbal communication clarity.
• Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and AI productivity software.
