- State management and failure recovery
- Event-driven systems and orchestration

- 7+ years building production backend systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and deep proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, MCP, databases, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience operating systems at scale.
- Experience with observability and incident response.
- AWS, Celery + Redis.
- OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Neo4j, AI infrastructure and enterprise integrations.
- Platform engineering and data pipeline experience.
- We care more about systems you've built than frameworks you've used.
- We value ownership, pragmatism, and engineering excellence.
- You've only built CRUD applications.
