Senior SAP HCM/PT/PY Consultant (Germany – Hybrid)

As the business continues to expand its SAP HCM practice, they are looking for experienced consultants specialising in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) or Payroll (PY) to support large-scale HR transformation projects.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM projects with a focus on Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT).

• Analyse customer requirements and design scalable HR solutions aligned with business processes.

• Configure and customise SAP HCM solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Lead workshops, solution design sessions and customer demonstrations.

• Support customers throughout the full project lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, go-live and hypercare.

• Optimise existing HR processes and support customers through transformation and migration initiatives.

• Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted HR technology advisor.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP HCM practice.

• Support pre-sales activities, proposals and business development where required.

Your profile

• Several years of SAP HCM consulting experience with a focus on Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), or both.

• Strong experience delivering SAP HCM implementation, optimisation or transformation projects.

• Excellent understanding of HR business processes and SAP HCM architecture.

• Hands-on Customizing experience within SAP HCM.

• Experience working directly with customers in consulting environments.

• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.

• Fluent German and English communication skills.

• Willingness to travel when required for customer engagements.
