Quality Engineer_Test Automation Engineer in München

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a Quality Engineer_Test Automation Engineer to join its managed services project in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites for mobile, integration and end- to-end scenarios
  

• Define and evolve test automation approaches across React Native, WebViews, App BFF and backend integrations
  

• Support the team in identifying appropriate test coverage across unit, integration and end-to-end levels
  

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide fast, reliable feedback on build and release quality
  

• Analyze test failures, defects and quality trends and support root-cause analysis across application layers
  

• Support release validation and regression testing across multiple brands, devices and platforms
  

• Contribute to quality practices, testability and continuous improvement within the engineering team
  

• Collaborate closely with Developers, Technical Leads, Product Owners and Architects to ensure quality is considered early in the development lifecycle
  

Experience/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with mobile test automation
  

• Experience in digital industries with complex customer journeys such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities or e-commerce
  

• Strong hands-on experience with mobile test automation across iOS and Android
  

• Experience with mobile test automation frameworks such as Detox, Appium or similar
  

• Experience with API testing and automation tools/frameworks such as REST
  

• Assured, Postman, Pact or similar
  

• Good understanding of React Native, WebViews, REST APIs and backend integrations
  

• Experience with CI/CD and integrating automated tests into delivery pipelines
  

• Good understanding of test strategy, regression testing and risk-based testing
  

• Experience working with device fragmentation, multiple environments and release validation
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of cross-layer issues
  

• Experience with performance, accessibility or security testing is a plus
  

• Experience with multi-brand or white-label applications is a plus
  

• Experience with mobile observability, crash analytics and production quality monitoring is a plus
  

• Experience with AI-assisted software development or testing across the SDLC is a plus
  

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional and international development teams
  

• Proficiency in English; German is a plus
