Responsibilities
McArthurGlen Germany is looking for a Team Assistant to support the Regional Director Germany & Austria and the Group Commercial Marketing Director. You provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the two Directors as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Departments.
This role can be based near any of our German or Austrian centres ideally Berlin or Neumünster.
Your Profile
• You have excellent English & German, this is essential
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You possess secretarial experience with minimum of 60 wpm and minute taking
• You have some experience with creating and processing purchase orders and invoices
• You are organised and confident
• You are able to work under pressure and to short timescales
• IT skills: Microsoft Office

We are currently under way or in advanced planning with several new designer outlets: Remscheid (near the German cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf), and McArthurGlen Normandy, west of Paris. Not only are McArthurGlen's centres popular with shoppers living in the region where they are located, but also with the global shopping traveller from markets such as China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Russia, Brazil and the Middle East.
