Senior AWS Dev Ops Engineer – Turbo E-Bike Division

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AWS Dev Ops Engineer to join our Turbo E-Bike Division, where you will play a key role in building and operating the cloud backbone of next‑generation connected e‑bike systems.

In this position, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops practices that power modern software services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS, ensuring robustness, scalability, and high availability.
• Contribute to architectural design of secure, resilient environments aligned with industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Terraform for automated provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud resources.
• Architect, implement, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines for integration, delivery, and deployment of software components.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Git Hub-based development, including branching strategies, code reviews, and collaboration workflows.
• Implement and promote cloud security best practices, integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure design (Dev Sec Ops approach).
• Design and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions; optimize system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues minimizing downtime and ensuring operational reliability.
• Evaluate, introduce, and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance the Dev Ops ecosystem and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications into production, acting as a bridge between engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Mentor junior Dev Ops engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and engineering excellence.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.
• Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer working with AWS in production environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Terraform (or similar Ia C tools).
• Solid expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• In‑depth experience with Docker and container‑based architectures.
• Deep experience with event‑driven architectures or microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Git Hub workflows, version control strategies, and code review practices.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e. g., Cloud Watch, Open Search, Grafana, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional, distributed teams.
