Responsibilities
- Acquiring new customers, focusing on accounts with a high share of OEM equipment.
- Managing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with Tektronix and Tek Instruments teams.
- Selling multi‑year service contracts, including non‑OEM calibration services.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and ensuring timely contract renewals.
- Collaborating with internal teams and engaging with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Particip Glyphs in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B account management, ideally in service sales or calibration services.
- Confident communication skills across all levels traded with executive stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record in sales.
- Experience managing complex service contracts and driving renewals.
- Independent and team‑oriented work style in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (~60‑70% of the role).
