Success in this role comes from helping customers achieve their business goals by understanding their challenges, building trust and guiding them toward the right technical solutions. /p h3Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role /h3 pYou might be successful in this role if you: /p pEnjoy working directly with customers and solving technical challenges. /p pAre comfortable discussing technology with engineers as well as business stakeholders. /p pHave experience in embedded systems, industrial computing, IoT , software, hardware or adjacent technical fields. /p pCan quickly learn new technologies and translate technical concepts into business value. /p pEnjoy collaborating across sales, engineering and product teams. /p pLike being involved in the full customer journey, from first technical discussions through successful product deployment. /p h3Key Objectives of the Role /h3 pBuild and maintain a strong link between Toradex and the embedded market. /p pAct as a primary technical point of contact for customers in both pre-sales and post-sales phases. /p pProvide consultative support to customers while clearly highlighting the Toradex value proposition and unique selling proposition (USPs). Ensuring customer success by providing high-quality technical guidance and hands-on support. /p pIntroduce Toradex technology and Eco-System to new customers /p pAssist and unblock key customers, so they can bring their products to market faster, using Toradex solutions. /p pUnderstand and track project requirements on both the technical and business side. /p pSupport customer questions related to: /p pEmbedded Linux (e.g., Yocto-based systems and Torizon) /p pEmbedded software development /p pManage customer expectations and actively address misalignments in perception or requirements. /p pAct as a trusted technical advisor, aligning customer needs with Toradex's product portfolio and roadmap. /p pCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Technical Sales, Support, Product Management, RD) to address customer challenges, elevate bugs and feature requests, and provide timely solutions. /p pDevelop and deliver technical demos and training sessions to help customers and partners better understand Arm-based technologies and Toradex solutions. /p pRepresent Toradex at tradeshows, industry events and in customer meetings from a technical perspective. /p h3bCandidate Profile /b /h3 h3Interpersonal skills /h3 pHighly customer-centric, with strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /p pStrong focus on consultative selling: creating value and trust, exploring and understanding customer needs before proposing solutions. /p pAble to identify and communicate project risks and proactively minimize them through clear communication and problem-solving. /p pSkilled at capturing and systematically documenting customer requirements for review with application engineering and product management. /p pProven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to management and executives. /p pStrong communication, relationship‑building and teamwork skills. /p pOrganized and structured, with basic project management abilities (planning, tracking and executing tasks). /p pHigh-integrity, self-driven team player and thorough professional. /p pDisposition to travel across EMEA , once or twice per month. (usually short trips ~3-4 day, but it could extend depending on the occasion.) /p h3Core Experience and Qualifications /h3 pExperience in embedded systems, industrial computing, IoT , technical sales engineering, software engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical fields. /p pBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field. /p pProven experience in technical B2B consultative sales, customer success or technical customer support in a related industry. /p pExperience providing technical product consultation and demos /p pAbility to understanding customers needs and requirements and translating these into our portfolio of solutions and clearly communicating product benefits. /p pHands-on experience with customer support/success routines, including remote troubleshooting and consultative problem-solving. /p pExperience working with embedded operating systems, Linux-based platforms, industrial computing solutions or related technologies. /p pFamiliarity with Linux, embedded software development, or adjacent technologies.
