Your task
- Kaufmännische Begleitung der Aufträge von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abrechnung
- Erstellung von Angebots- und Nachtragsangeboten
- Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerlicher Anforderungen
- Einholen von Lieferantenangeboten und Abwicklung von Bestellungen
- Überwachung von Liefer- und Zahlungsterminen
- Pflege von Stammdaten und Vorgängen im ERP-System
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Behörden
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen kaufmännischen Abteilungen
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick
- Gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
