Your task
Informationssicherheit:
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Informationssicherheitsmanagements (ISMS)
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Bewertung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Planung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz sowie Kundenanforderungen
- Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben im Unternehmen
- Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in Sicherheitsfragen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende
Your profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationssicherheit, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, Informationssicherheit oder Compliance
- Gute Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen und Unternehmensnetzwerke
- Verständnis für Informationssicherheitsmanagement und Risikomanagement
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft-365- und Windows-Umgebungen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
- Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Geheimschutzanforderungen und sicherheitsrelevante Vorschriften
(Wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung):
- Kenntnisse der ISO/IEC 27001
- Kenntnisse des BSI IT-Grundschutzes
- Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Defender, Intune oder Microsoft Sentinel
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Geheimschutz oder VS-NfD
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung oder Begleitung von Audits
- Zertifizierungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit
