Senior Product Manager - Tech Logistics (all genders) in Berlin

As Team Tech-Logistics, we are responsible for developing solutions across the entire logistics process in an agile environment - from the delivery of goods and ordering process to shipments and returns management. Our goal is to make order delivery and returns as convenient as possible for our customers while making the logistics behind them as efficient, reliable, and fast as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Co-create a compelling product vision by using data, customer insights, and market trends to shape the way forward and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Develop and validate hypotheses around user problems, translate them into user stories and requirements, and work closely with development teams throughout the product development process.
• Drive sprint planning and other agile product development activities, while prioritizing and managing the product backlog to maximize customer value and ROI.
• Create and continuously improve software solutions across at least one of our major logistics areas: stock management, returns management, shipment and label management, making our logistics operations more efficient, reliable, and customer-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from other departments and development teams to align priorities, drive decision-making, and successfully deliver high-value product features.
• Explore and leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve logistic processes, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

Your Qualifications

• Proven track record in eCommerce and Logistics, with a focus on Product Management or Product Ownership in an agile environment, ideally with hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end logistics journeys, including the customer experience, operational processes, and underlying technology.
• Strong customer and data-driven mindset, using insights, analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and make informed product decisions.
• Experience in defining product visions and strategies, translating them into a clear roadmap, and delivering measurable customer and business value.
• Experience in analyzing, elaborating, and prioritizing business and technical requirements, with excellent technical understanding of processes, systems, and web applications. Ideally, you also have experience with AI, automation, or AI-powered products and are excited about applying AI within logistics and eCommerce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an empathetic and positive approach to working with stakeholders and development teams.
• Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
