About the Role
This is a full-stack, end-to-end ownership role at a seed-funded construction tech startup building autonomous agents for some of Europe's largest general contractors. You won't just write code, you'll design, ship, and iterate on complete autonomous systems that handle real procurement and contract workflows in operationally complex environments.
What You'll Do

Own the full lifecycle of autonomous agent products, from initial hypothesis through deployed production system.

Design and build agent logic, backend services, and frontend interfaces as a single, end-to-end owner.

Drive product initiatives such as procurement agents (handling material orders from requisition to posted invoice) and contract management tools (giving contractors real-time visibility across all active contracts).

Collaborate directly with customers to iterate on and validate solutions in the field.

Identify and build your own high-impact ideas to expand platform value.
What We're Looking For

3+ years of engineering experience at a startup or scale-up, with shipped products you owned end-to-end, not just contributed to.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript for production systems.

Experience with NestJS for backend development and React for frontend development.

Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.

A track record of shipping software from zero to production deployment.

Full proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.

Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving toward working solutions independently.

Familiarity with Flutter for mobile, GCP, or Hasura/GraphQL is a plus.

Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: €80,000, €120,000 per year, plus equity options. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Location
On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation support is available.
