SAP Director
About the role
As an SAP Director, you will take on a key leadership role in shaping and delivering innovative SAP solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. You will act as both a strategic advisor and Director, guiding complex transformation projects and ensuring regulatory-compliant, future-ready system landscapes.
You combine strong SAP expertise with industry knowledge in Life Sciences and enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and compliance-driven processes.
This is a full-time position.
- You will align our clients’ implementation projects with their digitalization strategies.
- As part of large SAP transformation and innovation projects, you will drive the industrialization of rollouts and implementations while integrating best practices and accelerators.
- You will lead a project team of experts in software, architecture, and management consulting, with clearly defined goals and strong people leadership skills.
- You will take responsibility for project outcomes and customer satisfaction, guiding our mixed onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams toward outstanding and sustainable solutions.
- You will support our sales teams in proposal preparation and client acquisition.
Your Profile
- You hold a university degree in a technical or scientific field with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in shaping digital transformation and/or delivering complex SAP transformations (S/4HANA template/rollout projects, cloud, RISE).
- You are fluent in German.
- You bring knowledge and experience in establishing standardized implementation processes and industrializing them within a leadership role.
- You are comfortable working in both agile and traditional project environments and can effectively combine methods, technologies, and innovations.
- You are characterized by a results-oriented mindset, openness to creative solutions, and goal-oriented communication. Under your leadership, people grow and develop their skills.
