Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) design, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Define and champion the overall product design vision, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and engaging user experience aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive data‑driven decision‑making by identifying opportunities for conversion improvement through user research, A/B testing, and analysis of user behavior and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, from conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI specifications and implementation, ensuring high‑quality outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that enhance user journeys and drive measurable conversion uplift.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, and design effectiveness, continuously iterating and optimizing based on insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in UX/UI design, product design, and CRO within a fast‑paced digital or e‑commerce environment.
  • Expertise with leading design and prototyping tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable design and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineers, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, information architecture, usability best practices, and conversion optimization methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
