We're looking for Danish-speaking Assistance Coordinators for our client’s international travel assistance team in Torrevieja (Costa Blanca).
In this role, you’ll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips — helping coordinate travel arrangements and practical support.
It’s a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
- Provide empathetic and efficient support in emergency situations.
- Assess customer needs and arrange appropriate assistance.
- Use internal systems to manage cases and resolve enquiries.
- Support insurance and automotive partners with roadside assistance queries.
- Deliver professional customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
• Fluent in Danish and English
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night)
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
