Service Billing Coordinator
Role Summary
This position is responsible for the accurate and smooth running of Service team timesheets and call billing procedures whilst complying with strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
· Processing timesheets
· Processing closed service calls for invoicing to client
· Processing supplier invoices for Service / Small Works calls
· Managing stock cost transfer for Service / Small Works calls
· Creating and issuing invoices to clients for Service and Small Works calls
Other tasks & responsibilities include:
· Assisting with the overflow of the Service department
· Partaking in team building exercises

Skills Required
· Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent numeracy skills
· Minimum of one years’ previous experience in a similar role
Education Requirements
· O Level / GCSE Maths / English required
