Job Title: Technical Project Manager (AI-native)

Location: Remote (CET ±2 hours)

Backed by a large corporate while eliminating bureaucracy, you will partner directly with venture leadership to drive pure execution and delivery with a senior engineering squad. Without this role driving workflow precision and spec quality, our rapid same-day release momentum cannot scale.

What you'll do

End-to-end project delivery, technical spec translation, and daily workflows across all AI-driven tracks.

• Translate high-level venture direction and emergent ideas into detailed, implementation-ready technical specifications.
• Lead end-to-end project coordination and maintain daily Linear workflows across all workstreams.
• Align and unblock senior, opinionated engineers to guarantee rapid, same-day delivery cadences.
• Maintain continuously updated documentation, backlog tasks, and ticket states.
• Conduct hands-on testing of product builds and AI feature releases to catch issues before deployment.

Who this is a fit for

• Daily fluent with Claude Code or equivalent agentic AI engineering tools.
• Proven track record leading software delivery, project coordination, and Linear boards.
• Expert at writing unambiguous, detailed technical specifications for engineers.
• Highly organized operator comfortable with shifting requirements and same-day release cadences.
• Hands-on technical aptitude to rigorously self-test builds and debug workflows.
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in German is a strong plus.
