Technical Specialist

A large media and services organisation is looking for a technical specialist to join the team in a permanent capacity. The role focuses on the active design and optimisation of software processes to enhance business performance. You will act as a key interface between business departments and IT to drive the evolution of the system landscape.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing complex system requirements and developing intelligent solution approaches.
• Optimising business processes related to printing and package creation systems.
• Acting as a consultant for users to translate business needs into technical IT concepts.
• Managing the full software development lifecycle as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Driving the continuous development and modernisation of the internal system architecture.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in the IT sector, ideally within software engineering environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages and database management tools.
• Strong logical thinking skills with a deep understanding of process orientation.
