Job Details: EA and Office Manager (m/f/d)
DGA Group Europe is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our Berlin office on a part time basis.
This role is designed to provide proactive, high-level administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency for the Berlin office and its leadership team.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a key liaison across finance, HR, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Berlin office leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for our finance and accounting partner and manage routine financial and administrative tasks, escalating complex financial queries as needed.
- Coordinate HR-related activities, including onboarding, training arrangements, and other team development needs.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and event planning for the Berlin office.
- Maintain efficient office processes and systems to support operational excellence.
- Serve as a conduit between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication and task execution.
- Support the team on project-related tasks, including logistics, scheduling calls, and organising meetings or events.
Skills & Expectations
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes, with exposure to finance-related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial and HR systems is an advantage.
- Event coordination and marketing support experience is desirable.
