Founded in 2020, we started with a simple idea: help people see their entire financial life in one place, so they can make more informed decisions.
Today, getquin has grown into one of the largest wealth platforms globally, already helping over half a million users manage and grow their wealth. Our platform combines analytics, tools and community to make wealth-building accessible for everyone, not just the experts.
After launching in Germany, we’ve started expanding across Europe, with a focus on growing our user base, building valuable new features and helping even more people take control of their financial future.

What you'll be doing
Work directly with our founders and Chief of Staff on whatever matters most right now, from partnerships and market entries to pricing and processes that broke as we grew. You'll own real scope early, which means you can build a business case, pull your own data, and spot the difference between a number that drives a decision and one that decorates it.
Own projects end to end
- Take a company priority from question to recommendation to implemented decision.
- Run high-impact initiatives across various departments.
- Act as the right hand of the founders' team.
Run your own analysis
- Pull your own data (BigQuery, our BI tooling, spreadsheets) rather than queueing for someone else's time.
- Use data to challenge assumptions and make informed decisions.
Build leverage, with AI as default tooling
- Use AI as your default first draft for research, synthesis and analysis, and then verify.
- Build the internal tooling that removes recurring manual work, a recurring report, a data pull, a partner research pipeline, and ship it yourself rather than writing a spec for engineering.
Make the cross-functional machine work
- Improve how our internal strategy and planning processes actually run, not how the deck says they run
- Create alignment between teams who each have a defensible reason to prioritise something different
This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment, such as tier-1 consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or early-stage VC
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Proven experience and/or interest in investment and wealth management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics and drive alignment
- Fluent in both English and German (native), written and spoken
- We do not support visa sponsoring for this role
You might be a fit if:
- You have done structured analytical work under real time pressure, and you can walk us through one analysis that changed a decision, including what you got wrong. Consulting, investment banking, VC, a high-growth startup or a serious internship path all produce this.
- AI is already in your daily workflow, and you have built something with it. An automation, an internal tool, a research pipeline, a script, a workflow that removed a recurring task.
- You have owned something end to end, from idea through execution to the boring follow-up, rather than handing it over at the interesting part
- You are business-fluent in German (C1 or better) and fluent in English. Our core market, most of our partners and a lot of our content are German. Our internal working language is English
- You want to work from our Berlin office, and you already have the right to work in Germany
That usually adds up to around two years of full-time experience, but we care about the evidence, not the year count. No specific degree is required for this role.
Strong plus if you have:
- SQL or Python, including self-taught
- Built with agent tooling, no-code or low-code (Claude Code, n8n, Zapier, scripts, whatever worked)
- Fintech, wealth, banking or insurance exposure
- Partnerships, BD or commercial negotiation experience
- Worked with BI tooling and defined a metric that other people then used
- A second European language
- Your own investing portfolio, and opinions about it

Work authorisation
This role requires an existing right to work in Germany. We are not able to sponsor visas or support relocation for this position, so we can only consider candidates who already hold German or EU work authorisation, or who can obtain it independently. We would rather tell you now than after four conversations.
What the first 90 days look like
- Month 1: you know our numbers, our funnel and where the data actually lives. You have sat in on founder and leadership meetings, and you've started shipping your first ideas and/or analysis. You have automated at least one recurring task that currently eats someone's afternoon.
- Month 2: you own your first project end to end, with a named outcome and a date.
- Month 3: you present a recommendation to the founders on something that matters, and you defend the assumptions under it
How we hire
Four conversations, typically two to three weeks from first call to decision. We tell you where you stand after every step, and we respond within seven days at every stage.
- Recruiter screen, 30 min, video. Role, scope, the salary band, work expectation, notice period, work authorisation.
- Functional screen, 30 min, video. Your analytical work, one project you owned, and the thing you built with AI.
- Case study. A real getquin problem as a take home case or in the office, pending availability. We are interested in how you approach a problem. Once done, we review it and invite you to the office to meet the team and go over the case.
- Founder conversation, 30 min.
The whole loop runs in English, with a few sections in German. Tell us if you need any adjustment to the process, whether timing, format or accessibility, and we will make it.
