Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and shape theTrust & Safety domain. You will lead product initiatives that prevent fraud, abuse, and harmful behaviour, while ensuring that safety measures remain proportionate and do not create unnecessary friction for legitimate users.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Data, Customer Service, Legal, Policy, and other Product teams, turning complex and often ambiguous trust problems into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes. You will help evolve our Trust & Safety capabilities further towards proactive, data-driven prevention, using signals, automation, machine learning, AI and effective human-in-the-loop processes.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager for digital products, at senior level and in complex marketplace, platform, Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, identity, moderation, cybersecurity or a related field is preferred.
- Strong product discovery and strategy skills, able to turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear priorities, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
- Highly data-driven, with experience defining product metrics, analysing behavioural signals, and using data to make prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science on technical products involving rules engines, risk models, machine learning, automation, or similar decisioning systems.
- Proven ability to balance competing outcomes such as customer safety, false positives, user friction, operational effort, and business impact.
- Strong people skills, able to align Product, Engineering, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and leadership around difficult trade-offs and shared priorities.
- Experience influencing product areas and customer journeys beyond your immediate team and driving initiatives across organisational boundaries.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex trust and risk topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
